The Solidor collection offers an outstanding range of solid timber core composite doors. With an overall thickness of 48mm, Solidor composite doors are almost 10% thicker than most alternatives which give added security to the overall door. Available in a wide range of styles and colour options, Solidor doors can complete the look of any property type. 

Each Solidor composite door is covered in a highly durable thermos plastic door skin both inside and out which are finished with a wood grain effect. This gives the customer the peace of mind that they will never have to paint or varnish their door.

Usage: Designed to operate a multi-point lock equipped with a Euro Cylinder.

 

Features: Extended lever for increased locking leverage. The screw fixings are located above the lever and at the bottom of the backplate to fit locks with a screw hole dimension of 211mm. Incorporates a wider 32mm backplate for new doors or when replacing existing handles.

Straight Bar Door Handle

Type: Straight Bar Pull Handle. Designed to work with a key only operated slam shut lock

 

Lengths: 400mm, 800mm & 1800mm lengths. 

 

Corrosion resistance: Meets the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 Corrosion Resistance (480 hours)

 

Features: The Bar Pull Handle has a diameter if 32mm and is suitable for standard composite doors with a thickness of up to 45mm. The Pull Bar Handle can be used as a single external fixing or a back to back internal/external fixing.

British Standards
All hardware finishes are tested to the highest technical standards to meet the requirements BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 (480 hours) for Corrosion Resistance. To ensure smooth and consistent performance over time the handle is endurance tested in a strictly controlled test house to excess of 200,000 cycles.

Our door handles have been tested to the highest technical standards and meet the requirements of PAS 24:2012 and Secured by Design to confidently ensure the door security performance.
